FAQ

Short questions. Straight answers.

Is my payment info safe?

Yes — because we never touch it. Oh My Lista! doesn't process payments. No checkout, no wallet, no money passing through us. Ever.

You list how people can pay you — your Swish number, PayPal, IBAN, whatever works for you. Guests pay you directly, person to person. We just display the details you chose to share.

No money in our hands. Nothing to leak, nothing to lose.

How do I delete my list?

List settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete this list. We ask you to confirm, then it's gone: items, gift history, everything. There is no undo — so make sure you mean it.

Can I have more than one list?

Oh My, yes. Free gives you 3 lists. Premium gives you 8. Unlimited is called Unlimited because we mean it.

One birthday, one wedding, one 'I just like nice things' — go ahead.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Nothing dramatic. Your list stays live, your items stay put, nobody's gift disappears.

You keep your paid perks until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the list moves to the Free plan — you keep everything on it, you just can't add more than the Free limits allow.

How do guests actually pay or gift?

They pick what to give, then choose how: send you the money, or bring it themselves as a surprise. Most send the money:

  • They pick the items they want to give, then pick one of the payment methods you listed. Swish, PayPal, bank transfer, whatever you added.
  • They see exactly what to send and where, copy the details, and pay you directly. No middleman, no fees, nothing passing through us.
  • They confirm, and the items are marked as gifted so nobody doubles up.

Or they choose Surprise gift: they get your address instead of your payment details, and stay hidden until one day after your event.

That's it. Gifts stay person to person — the way gifts should be.

Can someone give a gift anonymously?

Yes. A guest picks “Surprise gift” instead of paying, and you don’t find out who it was until one day after your event.

Until then you see that something was gifted and nothing else. No name, no email, no message — not in your list, not in the email we send you.

That’s also why every list needs an event date: it’s what the reveal counts from.

How do I contact support?

Email us. A human reads it. A human answers.
